The Country Trust

Since 1978 The Country Trust has been making it possible for hundreds of volunteer farmers and landowners to welcome thousands of disadvantaged children from all faiths and backgrounds, schooled in areas of high social and economic deprivation onto their farms to share their passion for food, farming and the countryside.

Cirrus String Quartet

The members of the Cirrus String Quartet, Martin Smith, Suzanne Loze, Morgan Goff and David Burrowes are all leading solo and chamber music performers, and between them, they have worked with most of the top chamber orchestras in Great. In addition to its concert schedule, Cirrus has been recorded by BBC radio, appeared on ITV, and performed at the Wigmore Hall. The Cirrus Quartet is built not only on a shared love for the amazing music written for this combination but also on the sheer exhilaration the four members of the quartet find in working together.

Romshed Farm

Romshed Farm, a certified organic producer of beef and lamb, is nestled to the south of Sevenoaks and has a history dating back to Saxon times. The farm is dedicated to enhancing wildlife and biodiversity, focusing on the restoration of wildflower-rich meadows through rotational grazing of its cattle. For over twenty years, Fidelity and Martin have welcomed children from the Country Trust, offering many of them their first opportunity to connect with the countryside. Romshed believes that by helping children understand farming and food production, in harmony with nature, they can equip them with the knowledge to make informed choices as they grow.
